Refund policy
We do our absolute best to provide the most detailed and accurate pictures/descriptions of each record. Returns are typically handled case by case and our goal is to always do the right thing and make sure you are happy. Please email us to start the process, kaazrecords@gmail.com.
Please note that Kaaz Records is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please file a claim with the responsible shipping company via the link below.

Examples that qualify for a return
-Incorrect album being sent by mistake
-A record being damaged
-An item that is still brand new, in the original packaging
Examples that do NOT qualify for a return
-Not liking the sound quality of a release
-Vinyl color is different than the item shown in the product picture.
-Incorrect labels
-Skipping
-Cosmetic damage (Unless severe)
-Opened products, and have been removed from the original packaging
-We will not offer exchanges or returns for seam splits, corner dings, torn shrink wrap, small creases, and other similar cosmetic damage.
Why does my record skip?
Skipping is often a result of the turntable rather than the record, so please try adjusting the tone arm first to see if that fixes the issue. If the problem persists, reach out to us via email, preferably with a picture or video of the problem spot.
Updated policy: Starting 8/18/25 we will no longer accept any returns/refunds for “Import” releases. The 1 exception that is listed below.
-The wrong Album was sent by mistake
Examples that do NOT qualify for a return/refund: Skipping, missing songs, misspellings, vinyl color, sound quality, mismatched labels, cosmetic damage.
