Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Kaaz Records. We package every order carefully so it arrives in the best possible condition.

Processing Time

Please allow 1-2 weeks for us to order your item from our distributor and ship your order to you. If we have your item in hand, your order will ship within 1-2 days.

There may be exceptions to these timeframes. If we are unable to ship your order within the stated window, we will notify customers via social media.

We ship orders every day of the week, 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM PST.

Shipping Speed

Please note: the shipping service you select at checkout reflects the shipping speed you are paying for, not the fulfillment time. Your order may ship within 3 business days after it is placed, whether you selected next day shipping or standard Media Mail.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

International Shipping & Customs

Orders placed outside of the United States may be subject to customs and duty fees. Every country has its own regulations, so please contact your local postal service or customs office to learn how your country handles taxes and duties.

Kaaz Records is not responsible for any additional fees your country may charge for importing goods. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay customs fees on each item ordered. If multiple items are shipped separately, customers may be charged customs fees for each shipment. These fees are set by your local postal service or customs office.

Please also be aware that, on rare occasions, customs may delay the transit time of some packages.

Forwarding Services

If you place an order to be shipped through a forwarding service, Kaaz Records is not responsible for lost packages. No refunds will be given in this situation.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Kaaz Records is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please file a claim directly with the responsible carrier:
